Investment program

If your community has lost jobs that have gone to Canada or Mexico after the North American Free Trade Agreement was signed, you may qualify for a special loan program. Unlike other SBA loans, the U.S. Community Adjustment and Investment Program (CAIP) does not charge a loan guarantee fee.
