What Can You Use
An SBA Loan To Do?

You can:

  • Buy a real estate location or buildings in which to operate the business
  • Build new construction to use in the business
  • Renovate old construction to use in the business
  • Improve leased property for your business’ need
  • Acquire furniture, fixtures, machinery and equipment
  • Buy inventory
  • Use it for working capital

You can NOT:

  • Finance floor plan needs
  • Purchase real estate for mostly investment purposes
  • Make payments from the loan to the owners
  • Use the loan to pay delinquent taxes
  • Refinance an existing debt unless it is good for the business. The debt must not have come from bad business practices
