How do I split a Windows Media Video file in two?

Hello – I have a Windows Media Video file that I want to email to someone, but it’s too large to email in one go, so I want to split it in two – how can I do this?

You can use Windows Movie Maker, or the easiest and better way is, go to a hosting website eg. rapidshare.com then upload your file, give a link to your friend so he can download it. Rapidshare can handle up to 100mb files.
